Heating grants have been available on the Government ECO Scheme for a number of years and 2020 has seen some major changes to the available funding options. This means we can now install a Gas first time central heating system in properties where one is not already present. The usual qualifying criteria is still applicable to the grant qualification process and if you are in receipt of one of the following benefits you may qualify for a FREE grant:

Boiler broke on Monday - Surveyor attended Monday afternoon - Engineer fitted Tuesday. Not trying to sell us something we didn't need and old boiler taken away too. We were kept fully informed by the office as to what was happening each step of the way.
We needed a replacement boiler, Simp supplied and fitted one in the same week. The work was highly professional. They tidied up after them and took the old unit away. All done to the price agreed at the outset. Have used Simp in the past and would not hesitate to use them again
A new boiler was fitted within a few days and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Nothing was too much trouble, the guys arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and kept me updated every step. Fantastic service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend :)
The lads very polite very efficient very friendly and more than competent.the cost of the job was £4,000 cheaper than another contractor who quoted for same boiler.
