Boiler broke on Monday - Surveyor attended Monday afternoon - Engineer fitted Tuesday. Not trying to sell us something we didn't need and old boiler taken away too. We were kept fully informed by the office as to what was happening each step of the way.
We needed a replacement boiler, Simp supplied and fitted one in the same week. The work was highly professional. They tidied up after them and took the old unit away. All done to the price agreed at the outset. Have used Simp in the past and would not hesitate to use them again
A new boiler was fitted within a few days and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Nothing was too much trouble, the guys arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and kept me updated every step. Fantastic service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend :)
The lads very polite very efficient very friendly and more than competent.the cost of the job was £4,000 cheaper than another contractor who quoted for same boiler. I phoned Simpson’s as my oil boiler was not working. Ralph was very apologetic that they could not come out that night, but an engineer came out at 9am the next day. It was fixed very quickly and efficiently. They even gave me a discount as it was my first time using them. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Simpson’s, and will definitely use them again.
Quality workmanship and customer service! Looked after from start to finish being consulted from start to end of the process. All of the lads are friendly and great workers and the job was competitively priced! Very pleased with our brand new oil heating system and our house is very warm!
Simpsons came out to install a Oil central heating system over a 3 day period. The lads were professional, tidy and kept us up to date with everything that was being done through the whole installation. Can't rate them highly enough for the service they have provided us. After assessing the job of moving our water tank and giving us a quote, we asked Simpsons to do the job. They came as promised the following week, punctual and worked throughout the day, a few tweeking here and there over the following week. Nothing was a problem the lads got on with the job giving us peace of mind that they would see to everything and make sure it was all working. I thought My heating system was irreparable but the guys from Simpsons did everything they could to ensure my central heating is up and running. The guys were polite and friendly and so clean and tidy. I will definitely be using them from now on.
