Boiler broke on Monday - Surveyor attended Monday afternoon - Engineer fitted Tuesday. Not trying to sell us something we didn't need and old boiler taken away too. We were kept fully informed by the office as to what was happening each step of the way.

I phoned Simpson’s as my oil boiler was not working. Ralph was very apologetic that they could not come out that night, but an engineer came out at 9am the next day.
