Boiler broke on Monday - Surveyor attended Monday afternoon - Engineer fitted Tuesday. Not trying to sell us something we didn't need and old boiler taken away too. We were kept fully informed by the office as to what was happening each step of the way.
We needed a replacement boiler, Simp supplied and fitted one in the same week. The work was highly professional. They tidied up after them and took the old unit away. All done to the price agreed at the outset. Have used Simp in the past and would not hesitate to use them again
A new boiler was fitted within a few days and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Nothing was too much trouble, the guys arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and kept me updated every step. Fantastic service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend :)
The lads very polite very efficient very friendly and more than competent.the cost of the job was £4,000 cheaper than another contractor who quoted for same boiler. I would highly recommend them to anyone, I'm an old lady and nothing was a problem to them, they were very helpful and left no mess. Thank you, a pleasure to work with you.
